General
Message me first. Provide the details about the project: Target deadline, canvas size, orientations, grayscaled or colored, styles, references, etc.Please wait for my approval first before availing slots or placing orders.The premise of the service is "First come, first serve", unless you avail the PRIORITY add-on.Commissioned art commonly takes 1-3 weeks to finish, depending on the complexity and active commissions. For 'non-prioritized' commissions, expect me to send the final output between that time frame.Once the project has been initiated, there will be no full refund. If you wish to cancel the commission, 40% of the fee will be returned. However, if the project is around 60% complete or closer, there shall be no more refunds.Minor changes are allowed for free. However, more than 5 minor changes are considered a major change. (This is only applicable to PHASE 4. See below)Any major change has a corresponding additional fee minimum of 10% of the total fee. For example, changing the entire background, the pose of the subject, the costume, and so on. (This is only applicable to PHASE 4. See below)As the artist, I hold legal rights to the commissioned artwork - however, I do not claim any ownership. With that, you are welcome to share your commissioned artwork, but please ensure my watermark is included as credit.
Big Projects
For commission around $1000-$1500: 2 Installments are allowed. 60% Upfront & 40% upon completion of the project.For commission more than $1500: 3 Installments are allowed. 40% Upfront, 40% Halfway through the project & 20% upon completion of the projectPlease no delayed payment. Once the project has been initiated, the upfront payment cannot be refunded.The amount paid corresponding to the percentage of the services accomplished cannot be refunded. If you wish to cancel halfway through the project, you may do so and we will not proceed to the next billing. However, the installments paid before the cancellation will not be returned.

Painting Process:
PHASE 1 (1-15%): Rough Sketch and Render of the Concept (Grayscale)
PHASE 2 (16-30%): First Consultation (Minor & major changes allowed for free)
PHASE 3 (31-60%): Colored Rendering
PHASE 4 (61-75%): Second Consultation (Here, only 5 minor changes are allowed for free)
PHASE 5 (71-100%): Finalization
Note:
I consistently share progress updates - starting from PHASE 1, all the way to the finalization stage. This allows us to track the percentage of work accomplished.You may or may not permit me to share your commissioned art on my social media accounts. If permitted, I'll mention or tag your account on the post unless you prefer to remain anonymous.
