Painting Process:

PHASE I

(0-15%)

Rough sketch and/or grayscale render of the concept

PHASE II

(16-30%)

First series of consultations (Minor & major changes allowed for free)

PHASEIII

(31-60%)

Light and Atmosphere refinement. Adding details and colors

PHASE IV

(61-85%)

Second series of consultations (Here, only 5 minor changes are allowed for free)

PHASE V

(86-100%)

Finalization and delivery of high-resolution file

Terms of Service

General

  • Message me first. Provide the details about the project: Target deadline, canvas size, orientations, grayscaled or colored, styles, references, etc.

  • Please wait for my approval first before availing slots or placing orders.

  • First come, first served, unless you avail the PRIORITY add-on.

  • Commissioned art commonly takes 1-3 weeks to finish, depending on the complexity and active commissions.

  • Once the project has been initiated, there will be no full refund. If you wish to cancel the commission, 40% of the fee will be returned. However, if the project has reached PHASE 3, there shall be no more refunds.

  • Minor changes are allowed for free. However, more than 5 minor changes are considered a major change. (This is only applicable to PHASE 4. See above)

  • Each major change incurs an additional fee of 15% of the total fee. For example, changing the entire background, the pose of the subject, the costume, and so on. (This is only applicable to PHASE 4. See above)

  • As the artist, I hold legal rights to the commissioned artwork; however, I do not claim any ownership. With that, you are welcome to share your commissioned artwork, but please ensure to give proper credit.

Big Projects

  • For commission around $500-$1500: 2 Installments are allowed. 60% Upfront & 40% upon completion of the project.

  • For commission more than $1500: 3 Installments are allowed. 40% Upfront, 40% Halfway through the project & 20% upon completion of the project

  • Please no delayed payment. Once the project has been initiated, the upfront payment cannot be refunded.

  • The amount paid corresponding to the percentage of the services accomplished cannot be refunded. If you wish to cancel halfway through the project, you may do so and we will not proceed to the next billing. However, the installments paid before the cancellation will not be returned.

I consistently share progress updates - starting from PHASE 1, all the way to the finalization stage. This allows us to track the percentage of work accomplished.You may or may not permit me to share your commissioned art on my social media accounts. If permitted, I'll mention or tag your account on the post unless you prefer to remain anonymous.
